Office of the Deputy Commissioner is the nodal department that is responsible for issuing of Inner Line Pass Certificate

What to know?

• To attain ILP the sponsor must be a citizen of India
• Application form can be obtained from the DC Office (e-District) during office hours.
• Rupees 50/- will be charge  for application form.

Required documents

• Voter’s ID (Whos is not a citizen of Mizoram) / Sponsor Voter’s ID
• Goan Panchayat (Xerox attested Copy)
• Temporary ILP / Previous ILP
• Deposit at call (Bank Challan)
• Four passport size photographs (Self and Sponsor)
